Fvorboda
took her first bellydance class 7 years ago through Kismet School
of Danse Orientale, studying with Yasamina, Jason, Isis, and Katherine.
Since then, she has completed several classes and seminars from such
teachers as Adina, Sahira, and Salirah. She is a founding member of
Desert Journey Dance Company. She is the instructor of the performing
group Nepenthe, and Co-Director of Desert Journey School of Dance.
She creates unique, custom-made costuming to accent her twist of modern style in the traditional
dance. Fvorboda enjoys a variety of styles including traditional,
cabaret, tribal, and ethno-fusion. "I love every minute of learning,
teaching and performing!"
